Refund policy

30 days, no argument. If a piece isn't right, email hello@larkandlocket.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund it in full.

Condition. Return items unworn and in their original box. Earrings can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.

Natural stone varies. Every raw and natural stone piece is slightly different in colour and shape from the photograph. That's the nature of the material, not a fault — but if yours isn't what you hoped for, the 30-day return covers it.

Return shipping. We cover it if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or wasn't what you ordered. For change-of-mind returns, return postage is yours.

Refund timing. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the return, and typically appear within 5–10 days after that.

Damaged on arrival. Send us a photo. We'll replace it or refund you immediately — you won't need to send it back.
