Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days.

Delivery. United States: 3–7 business days after processing, shipped from our US warehouse. Canada, UK, Australia and the EU: 8–15 business days.

Cost. Flat $4.95 shipping in the US. Free on orders over $50.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel ships. If it hasn't arrived within 4 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us.

Delays. Customs and carrier delays occasionally add a few days to international orders. If your parcel hasn't moved in 10 days, contact us and we'll chase it or replace it.
